BLEU
Blue acts as a field of expansion. Fragmented, geometric, and silent architectures rise in a space saturated with color. The dense, uniform sky is not merely a background; it becomes an active surface, a depth. Forms seem to float in suspended light, between geometric abstraction and an urban landscape inspired by visits to Greece. Blue thus embodies clarity, distance, and also a form of calm.
LINE UNDER LINE
In this most recent series, I wanted to challenge form and structure by painting on odd shaped birch panels. For the past two years, lines have been a primary focus of my practice and I am continuing this exploration of how organic elements, show potential direction and movement. The linearity present in everything.
